An alternative of the highest quality
Our CentoTri knives are manufactured using Trimetall technology. They have a three-layer sandwich construction, with only the middle layer being soft and flexible. The two cutting edges, however, consist of ultra-hardened HSS-M2 (18%) material. The edges feature a mirror-polish bevel and a back bevel, resulting in a significantly better planing finish and longer tool life.
