Barkomat
For all cutterhead diameters and any table setting. Easy to use, with precise cutting-edge projection.
The set consists of:
- 2 planer knife setting devices in a sturdy wooden case
- 3 shims for adjusting knife projection
- Locking screw
- Magnets
- Pivoting foot
The BARKOMAT is easy to use
Adjustment: Place the BARKOMAT at any position on the cutterhead and loosen the locking screw. Select the required height adjustment shim (e.g., 1 mm), place it on the cutterhead, and press the magnetic setting bolt against it. After tightening the locking screw, the BARKOMAT is adjusted.
Knife setting: Push the pivoting foot up against the back of the planer knife, then tighten the screws of the knife clamping bar (starting from the inside and working outwards).
Note: For table adjustment, mark the stop line for the pivoting feet and planer knives.
